Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return/refund period on The Busy Blanket and other items. See terms and conditions below.
Reason For Return: Don't Like It
If your dog doesn't like The Busy Blanket, we will try to help resolve the issues before approving a refund. Most dogs enjoy The Busy Blanket once they learn to use it. If your dog still doesn't take to it after we have tried to help, we'll issue a full refund so long as you have reached out to us within 14 days of delivery. Just email us at thepeppypup@yahoo.com to request a return and the reason for return. Once the return is approved, we will issue a full refund once the blanket is returned to us. Return shipping is on you.
Reason For Return: Defective Product
For defective products, we will send a prepaid return label and issue your full refund once the unused product is returned unused and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition or packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the item is returned and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
